Short stay +10% surcharge from the overnight price for short stay (1 - 3 nights)
Bread and pastry service
You are welcome to use our daily bread and pastry service.
Pets - are allowed on request in the flat PLANAI and studio.
Extra charges apply (see final cleaning).
Final cleaning
Flat Hochwurzen one-time 70,- Euro
Flat Planai one-time 70,- Euro
Flat Studio one-time 50,- Euro
One-time cleaning fee for pets € 80,-.
Payment for your stay is to be made directly on site in cash or by bank transfer in advance.
Payment by ATM or credit card is not possible.
Cancellation conditions and travel insurance
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival the cancellation fee is 40% of the flat price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the flat price.
Cancellation within the last week before arrival: 90% of the flat price.
In case of cancellation or no-show we have to charge you 100% of the flat price.
The AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry) apply.
